After installing the Evernote Web Clipper extension in Opera I get the warning message and the formatting is changed.

The warning message isn't a problem, but the formatting is so bad I can't see everything on the screen.

It defiantly looks like that extension or some other extension is messing up the way Toodledo is supposed to look and behave. So, the warning is doing its job. I would disable the extension and see if that fixes things.
