ToDo on my iPhone 5s, the microphone button at the bottom of a new entry cannot be turned on. I was using it but it will no longer activate. What could this be?

I do not know. The microphone is part of the operating system, so it may have something to do with Apple or your network connection. Also, ToDo is a 3rd party app made by another company, so you might want to ask them for assistance if it is related to their app.
