List doesn't appear for collaborator

My collaborator doesn't see a list I created. in the general settings I gave her complete access, joint, assign, edit... I didn't see a list specific setting. I'm on a mac using chrome

Can you please create a support ticket for this so that we can look into your account and see what the problem is?

Without the link above it was not obvious where to submit a ticket but I now know it is under Help>more>contact us
