I have been working with Toodledo for year and love it.
Today I had an issue I cannot resolve. I go into Organize Tab and try to re-arrange my folders and cannot. If I get lucky and am able to move one it automatically goes to the bottom. Help??? |

What happens when you drag a folder to a new location? Does it immediately go to the bottom? Or only after leaving the page and coming back? Are you clicking the "Save Changes" button after reordering the folders?

I am actually not able to drag a folder at all.
I can click on the folder, but cannot move it. If I organize alphabetically, via checking the button, they do move around. |

Can you please try using a different web browser and see if that makes any difference?

I have always used Chrome with Toodledo and no issues.
I took your suggestion and used IE. Now it works. What has happened? |

I don't know. It works for me in Chrome. It could be a recent plugin that you installed perhaps?

I disabled all extensions in Chrome and reset the browser settings. Same issue.
I guess I now need to use in IE. Thanks. |
