Pocket Informant & Toodledo: sync problem

Whenever I try to sync Pocket Informant with Toodledo on my Ipad, I get an error message: "app blocked by user." The PI help sources say that it is a Toodledo issue (big surprise there, right?). I would appreciate any advice that anyone can give so that I can fix this. Thanks!

In your account settings, on the left side is a link called "Syncing Apps". Click this and you can unblock the app from there. You must have blocked it by accident.
