Sharing Folders

I've set up folders and want to share them, and the tasks within them.
The folders don't appear with my collaborator/assistant.
Thus, she can't add tasks under that folder.
How can we do this?

You need to go into the collaboration section in the Tools menu above. Then click on your collaborator and then set it so that she has permission to see those folders.
