Hi everybody!
I've created an invite to my employee with all the correct info (email/folders etc) when he got the mail he created an account for himself with the company email I provided. but he tries to accept the invite it's giving him a ERORR 404 "Page Share/Share" doesn't exist. so he can't confirm the invite. what can I do? thanks. |

We'll look into it. In the meantime he doesn't need to click the link in the email. He can go to the collaboration page on Toodledo directly (In the tools section) and accept the invite there after creating his account.

Hi
The person I am trying to collaborate with gets the same error message below. This is when we accept or decline via the web page. I have also tried to be to invitee and get the same error message We are both Silver Subscription members ...... Oops! 404 Error It looks like the page you requested (/share/share/index.php) doesn't exist. Sorry about that! Back to Toodledo.com ...... Thanks This message was edited Jan 07, 2015. |

I am also having the same issue. When attempting to accept my invitation to be a Collaborator, the person also sees the same message as the users above:
http://www.toodledo.com/share/share/index.php?accept=2bc9ba69eebf35619d825406973291e5 "Oops! 404 Error It looks like the page you requested (/share/share/index.php) doesn't exist. Sorry about that! Back to Toodledo.com" For initial troubleshooting to rule out a browser issue, I did try to use Internet Explorer 11, Firefox 25.0.1, and Chrome 39.0, but none were successful. Thank you for your help with this. Ryan Miller Silver Subscriber This message was edited Jan 07, 2015. |

This looks strange.
Can you try the following link: http://www.toodledo.com/share/index.php?accept=2bc9ba69eebf35619d825406973291e5 Its the same one with the double share part removed. |

Sorry for this bug. It crept in when we redesigned the collaboration pages. It should be fixed now.
