When I sync from playbook tasks are created on line under no folder so do not get synced any further - I have to categorise them online for them to get synced further
How do I categorise them in playbook so they get syned

I am not familiar with playbook. It sounds like a 3rd party app that syncs with Toodledo. Please contact that company for assistance with getting the tasks to sync with folders.
