How do I un-archive them?

'Account Menu' (top right corner) -> 'Organize' section: click 'Folders' -> uncheck 'Archived' boxes -> click 'Save Changes'

After clicking "Folders" I get the message: "You don't have any folders yet" and there is a place to "Add Folder"...

Are you sure you have "only" archived them then and not removed them? In this second option, I have no idea if it is possible to recreate them, I think you should create a support ticket to Toodledo's support to find out.

I have created a ticket, but in meantime I figured a way around it.
When all folders are archived, the list of folders becomes empty -- instead of showing the archived ones. So I have created a new folder "Temp" and then magically all archived folders reappeared, so I was able to unarchive them. Then I deleted "Temp". |

We'll fix the bug that causes the folders to appear empty when you archive all of them. Thanks for pointing this out
