Once I have the list of things I want to accomplish for the day by priority (top, high, low) I'd like to put them in order, i.e. 1, 2, 3, etc. Is there a way to do that?

Here is more information about manual reordering: http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php#103

You could use the tag field and sort by tag if you aren't using it for something else.

Hi Boo.

Similar to you, I think, I use an apha-numeric system to prioritize my work load; I do not use Priority at all. To do this I used the Context field and customize the list. This could also be done with the Tags but that allows for multiple assignments which did not work for me.

Toodledo has a lot of flexibility to enable it to be used by a variety of time management techniques. So I think it becomes a matter of working with it some to support your needs.

I hope that helps.

Thanks so much Jake! I think this looks like a workable option.
