Toodledo App not syncing

Hi - I downloaded the app to my Iphone 5 in order to view tasks assigned by my boss using the email account we share. He has been assigning tasks via his own personal email account and I can view these when I sign in on my PC at work but I can't access them from my Iphone. I suspect it is because I cannot access (naturally) his personal email account from my Iphone - can anyone confirm that this is the case or perhaps suggest another reason why I am experiencing these difficulties?

The iPhone app does not currently support switching workspaces. Is this the way that you currently collaborate with your boss?
