Keyboard doesn't appear in note if note has focus

a) Go to a task and click "Add Note" (or "Read Note")
b) Tap on the area of the note
c) Click "Edit"
The keyboard does not appear, which is most disconcerting (since you then can't actually do anything). If, on the other hand, you just click "Edit" without setting the focus to the note, the keyboard appears.
Is this a bug?

It certainly sounds like one, but I am running a beta of the next version, and that seems to be fixed already. I cannot get focus on the note area until I tap Edit.

It will be fixed in the next update. Right now, if you tap on the note, the keyboard will appear.
