I have several to-do's that were set to repeat monthly, on the 29th, 30th or 31st of each month.

I noticed that this month all of these rolled over to March 29th, 30th or 31st, skipping February completely. I have never noticed this in years past in ToodleDo.

Shouldn't these roll over to repeat on the "last" day of the month, if there is not a day in that month that matches the 29th, 30th or 31st? Is this perhaps a bug?

Yes. This is a common problem. Toodledo behaves the same way that all the other calendar apps behave with monthly repeating tasks. You can try this in Apple iCal, Google Calendar or Outlook and it will do the same thing. For compatibility reasons, we needed to match the behavior of the major calendars.

In the future, we plan to offer a "repeat on the last day of the month" option. Right now, the best thing you can do is to have the task repeat on the 1st of every month with an alarm time 1 day before.
