Didn't Choose "Alarm Insistent" but the Alarm Repeats

I chose a ringtone like this:

I selected Trigger device based alarms notifications
I did not select Alarm Insistent
However, when an alarm sounded, it kept repeating.
Am I misunderstanding something?

If "Alarm insistent" is disabled then the alarm should just beep once. Maybe try changing the ringtone to something different and see if that helps.
