List doesnt retain entries

I have a list of book I have read, which I can give a rating and when I finished the book.
I was trying to enter details of books I have started, and once finished I would add a rating and date. A book I am currently reading and I added to the list, keeps disappearing. It has happened twice now. Why is the list not retaining my entries? (list currently only has one book on it, so nowhere near list maximum) |

Hi, thank you for the reply. a second entry was disappearing each time, but I tried adding more entries and that worked.
