Is it possible to transfer ownership of a list after it has been created? I understand that other subscribers can edit and manage my tasks, but I want to know if it is possible to give another subscriber the ownership of a list. If I no longer have my subscription, I want to make sure I can transfer my tasks and list ownership on to another subscriber in this division.

Sorry, it isnt possible to transfer ownership of a List. What you will have to do is export the list and then have the other person import it into their account.
You can transfer tasks by reassigning them to the other person.
