Instead of adding the task one by one to each date.

I am not sure, what are you asking for - a task can only have one due date, one start date. Batch editing is for asigning multiple tasks the same value for e.g. due date at once.

I guess it's about creating several similar tasks but with different due dates - in a single step. It's not possible and you need to do it one by one.
Or, if the difference between those due dates is "regular", you may want to consider using repeating task instead multiple instances of that task.

When I need to do that, what I do is create a task for the first date, and then clone it as many times as necessary for the other dates. Then I just go down the line and add in the new dates for each of the other tasks. Does that help? It's not a one-step way of doing it, but it's pretty quick.
