Is there a way to sync Toodledo with Google tasks?

There is not a built-in, "clean" way. You might find a solution with the third party stuff. https://www.toodledo.com/tools/directory.php

I use Ultimate To Do to sync with Toodledo and GTasks.

It doesn't merge the two lists. On my desktop when I go GTasks I see only GTasks and when I go to Toodledo I see only Toodledo tasks. But in the UTD Android app you can customize your displays to show GTasks, Toodledo tasks, or both.

Be aware, UTD supports Tasks and Notes, but not Outlines, Lists, or Habits.
