I decided to pay for a package which would give me priority support and having raised a ticket on the 8th April, as per the date of this post, five days have passed and I have not received any form of response whatsoever.

This is wholly unacceptable.

I have no idea what is going on behind the scenes of Toodledo but also reading that we have an acting CEO does nothing to satisfy the concerns about longevity of this product.

It is with regret that I have to say whilst the current management team have inherited a great product, their effectiveness, which I judge by the ability to deal with issues, gets a zero out of ten from me.

It is poor, beyond belief.
