Hi,

We've tried inviting our partner but they don't receive the invitation email. We already removed and re-invited them with no luck.
Do they need to create an account prior to our invitation?

So we tried again after they created an account and it didn't work either.
We also tried with several other email addresses with no more luck.

Guess this is no longer a question but a bug report maybe.

I've been fighting this issue for a month or more now. I upgraded my account to add options for colleagues during anticipated COVID at-home work periods, but no one receives any invitations. I filed a bug report/help ticket, which was not even acknowledged. I'm currently contemplating canceling my account altogether and seeking a solution elsewhere.
