My account auto-renews in 2 days and the subscription portal no longer works (it's supposed to send a one-time use password to my email address but it never arrives -- yes, I've checked junk, re-sent it, etc).

What am I supposed to do about this? I do not want to be billed for a dead product.

Talk to your card provider and ask them to block transactions from Toodledo. Hopefully they will be able to help you.
