Is there ability to link Tasks to a specific note?

The note I am referring to is not the note in each of the tasks but the notes we can import / create separately in the note feature.
Also, is it possible to see both notes and tasks under the same folders since I noticed the folders are the same in both features?
I think the notes is to-do list is an under utilized feature.
It can be improved upon if notes and tasks are somehow intergrated.
If this feature is available already, pardon my ignorance.

Notes in the Notebook cannot be linked to a specific task. You would have to use the task notes field for that. They also cannot be viewed in the same screen with tasks. I agree that the Notebook has a lot of as yet unfulfilled potential. I believe Toodledo is planning to improve it in the future. More integration with tasks is one of the more popular requests, and seems like a good idea to me as well, though I don't think I would want a shared view, but that is just y 2 cents.
