I ran into the following problem today: On my iPhone, the Toodledo application badge shows 16 tasks, but when I open the application, it shows no tasks at all (i.e., nothing under "All Tasks", "Hotlist", etc.).
I have done the following, but can't resolve the problem: - When I log into the toodledo.com website, all of my tasks are indeed there (many, many of them), with the correct dates and other info. - I created a New Task on the iPhone and clicked "Save". It does not show up at all. - On the iPhone, I have have made sure the filters are on "show all". - I have tried "forced sync from website to iPhone". No luck. - I have used "purge" on the iPhone, verified that my tasks still exist on the website, and then re-tried "forced sync from website to iPhone". Still no luck. - I have reboot my iPhone completely. The application badge still shows 16 tasks, but when I open the application, no tasks show. - I have tried "sync" many times. (I have verified my account information is correct for syncing.) Any ideas? As it is right now, I can only use the website. The iPhone application shows nno tasks at all. Thanks. |

I would try deleting and reinstalling the iPhone app.
