Hi everyone,
I've been a Toodledo user for a long time and I'd love to see official support for connecting Toodledo with AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and others.
Many task managers (Todoist, TickTick, Asana, etc.) now offer an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, which lets AI assistants securely read and manage a user's tasks after they authorize access via OAuth. I checked the connector directory in Claude and Toodledo isn't listed, so I can't use it there.
What this would allow:
- Asking an assistant "what's due this week?" or "what should I focus on today?"
- Creating, editing and completing tasks in natural language
- Reorganizing folders, contexts, goals and priorities with a simple instruction
- Planning my day by combining my tasks with my calendar
Toodledo already has a public API, so an MCP server built on top of it seems like a natural next step, and it would keep Toodledo competitive with the alternatives that already offer this.
Is anything like this on the roadmap? If not, I'd really appreciate it being considered. And if other users would find it useful, please add your vote or comment below.
