I think I have found a possible bug whilst looking at using Mark Forsters Autofocus as mentioned in this thread http://www.toodledo.com/forums/4/3270/0/mark-forsters-autofocus.html.
I have found that the modified date gets updated when you select a Parent task to view the sub-tasks - I think this is incorrect. Details of replicating this below.

Action:
1) Created a search to view all incomplete items with a modified date after yesterday. Check the entries in the list.
2) Find a Parent task that is not in the new search and expand so the subtasks are visible (I have done this by selecting the parent task icon and selecting the "Indented" sub-tasks option).
3) Go back to the search created in 1.

Outcome:
The Parent task from step 2) above is now in the search.

Expected Outcome:
The Parent task should not appear as there has been no change to the data in the task.

Yup that's gotta be a bug. You don't even have to create a search. If you sort your tasks by date modified, and then toggle the subtasks of any parent (using the icon), then when you refresh, that parent will have a modified date of today.
