How would I say 2nd sunday of the month once a quarter?

This isn't currently possible. The best thing to do is make it repeat quarterly on a specific day, like the 10th.

I would like to request this feature as well. I get around this by making 4 tasks that repeat yearly; each task has a different due date (one for each qtr)
