I've been using Toodledo for a couple of months now, and think it is an excellent tool.

One issue which I've been trying to do is cloning tasks and then changing contexts, e.g.

(Proximo's GTD setup)

- Ring a business client re: XYZ matter (sub-task within my Projects list)

When I've contacted them and now have something to go on my Waiting For list as a result of the conversation, I clone the task (to keep any info I've put in the notes), and change the context.

This will now appear on my Waiting For search, but changing the folder within the sub-task won't move it to the ACTUAL folder (Waiting For) itself.

Anyone comments/suggestions?

Thanks.

Hey Rosco,

The entry will stay in the original folder after you change it, but only until you refresh the screen. If you have keyboard shortcuts enabled, I think pressing 'r' will do it. If you don't have the shortcuts enabled, most browsers will refresh if you hit F5.

If you're cloning the task, the original will still be associated with the original folder. If you've forgotten to check it off, that may be the copy you're still seeing on the originating folder list.

Does this help, or did I misunderstand what's going on?
