Hi. I have used toodledo for a while and the outlook sync worked for me before; but for some reason recently (3 or 4 months ago), it just stopped working. I re-downloaded the Toodledo Sync for Outlook, yet nothing.

Every time I do 'manual sync', this is what I get in diagnostics:

I don't know if that helps or not. Can anybody tell me what I should do for it to work?

Thanks.

You'll have to contact the developer, since we didn't make that application.

For the last poster, I had this problem and solved it by resetting the synch database. Right click on Toodledo synch tray icon > Options > Recovery Tab > Enable > Reset Synchronisation Database.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the advice about the reset synch database. It seemed to work for me. Before doing it I renamed any task in Outlook which I was at all worried about losing, just as a precaution. That way I didn't get any wrong-way overwriting. But it all worked fine.

For me resetting the database hadn't worked at first, but then I deleted all my outlook tasks (as they were already there at some other place) besides resetting it, and it worked from there.

Thank you pdodjo. I looked all over the Net for a solution to my Outlook sync problem, but was able to fix the problem within 10 seconds with your help. Thanks again!
