Hello I am looking for a setting so that I can set the time due on the task and how long it will take.

Is this a pro feature.

I am using the free version

Go here http://www.toodledo.com/account_edit.php?edit=8.
Make sure that Length and Due Time are selected.

You will then be able to set values for these fields.
