I replaced my iPhone with a Droid x. I noticed a Toodledroid app on the Droid. What is the best method to change or move my current Toodledo account to a Toodledroid account?

You should just be able to sync the iPhone to this website, and then sync the Droid to the website. You can actually sync both at same time and they should all stay in sync with each other.
