I cannot "completely" unstall chromatic dragon sync on my PC.

However the newly installed s/w still remember my old information such as account ID when I executed it first time. and the error also still occurs with a message showing... * SyncApp.exe Error: 0 : Error during synchronization: ..... Is this may be a registry problem? How can I completely remove the old SyncApp from my PC and reinstall it?
