Does not sync properly outlook-iphone

I have outlook set up on two computers (home + work laptop). I use exchange, so my tasks between home and work laptop are always up to date. However, I will sometimes make changes to task on home PC and sometimes on work laptop. In the end, my outlook's are fine. Chromatic is installed on home PC. The issue is, toodle somehow gets lost after a while because my tasks are no longer syncing. Some previously completed tasks in outlook are still showing up on toodledo on my iphone. I erased everything on my toodledo, then re-synced from scratch. After a while, same problem. AM I missing something? Is there is an option that can fix this?

AM I missing something? Is there is an option that can fix this?
