I waded through a lot of forum posts about this but couldn't get a focus on clear answers. I would like my tasks to appear on my iPhone calendar. However, from what I've read you have to go through various roundabout procedures from one Internet source to another. I want my tasks to be for my eyes only at all times, so I don't want to load them into a non-password-protected space even temporarily, in order to get them to my iPhone calendar. Is there a way, or might there eventually be a way, to transfer tasks internally from Toodledo directly to the iPhone calendar? Is there any iPhone app that can replace the native iPhone calendar with a synchronizable calendar?

Take a look at Pocket Informant. It may do what you need and is a powerful calendar.

PI is a good alternative to iCal. I would try that.

Apple doesn't really provide a clean way to integrate directly with iCal on the iPhone, which is why you have to do the roundabout methods to do it. We would like a direct sync method, but it isn't possible yet.
