Apologies but how do you view a Hotlist?

I can't seem to find the HotList? How does it work? I can see my To-Do List but looking through the help guide the Hotlist looks a lot nicer to use.
Please can you shed some light. I thought I was a smart person until I couldn't find it! :) Cheers, Humphrey |

Go into your account settings and set the required filters you wish to use. Here is a link: http://www.toodledo.com/account_edit.php?edit=10
Next, switch to the Main view and you will see the Hotlist tab. I've created my own Hotlist using the Search tab. It allows more filter criteria. |

Humphrey,
You are seeing Importance Level on the separators because your view is currently sorted by Importance. This level is calculated (see here for more details: http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=53). To remove it, change your sort criteria: click on the Sort button on the Toolbar and set your first sort criteria to something else, e.g. Due Date, and then click on the Sort button. The separators will then change to Due Date. |
