I entered a repeat like this "The 1st Tue of each month" on Tues. Dec. 7, 2010.
The next month it went to the 1st Monday and then every 4 weeks. Always on Mondays.
How do I fix it?

I just created a "The 1st Tue of each month" on Tue Dec 7, 2010 and when I completed it, it went to Jan 4th (tuesday). I don't know why this happened differently for you. You can fix this by simply editing the due-date to be tuesday and hopefully it won't happen again.
