No Outlook Sync after mobile notice-update

Hi all,
is it correct that after an update, in a notice in "to do" on the Iphone, outlook didnt sync that change. When i update the Text in a task and upload it to todledo than this change is online visible. But after the Sync with Outlook the text is not uptodate!
I think this is not correct right?
Can anyone help me?

The Outlook Sync tool was made by a third-party developer. Please contact them for support with their product. They can be reached at : http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/software/ToodledoSyncInfo.aspx
