If I want to bring someone else in to collaborate on a Task/List, does the person I'm sharing my list with also need to have a Pro Account?
Or can I be the one to hold a Pro account, while the other person has a basic free account? |

This will work, but your list will be shared in read-only mode for people without a Pro account. If you want them to edit your list, then need a Pro account as well.

I'm thinking of getting a Pro Plus account to share files attached to tasks and have a similar question:
I understand that only Pro Plus users have write/edit access to files, but -- if I'm Pro Plus and I attach files to tasks and subtasks: -Can Pro users read/download files attached to tasks? -Can Pro users read/download files attached to subtasks? -Can free users read/download files attached to tasks? -Can free users read/download files attached to subtasks? |
