Reminders set in Outlook not coming to iPhone...

How come when I set a timed reminder in Outlook, sync it, and the "task" shows up on the iPhone, but it is set for "No Alarm"...

I need it to "remind" me on my iphone, but right now it does not...

What am i doing wrong?

The Outlook Sync tool was made by a third-party developer. Please contact them for support with their product. They can be reached at : http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/software/ToodledoSyncInfo.aspx
