I keep getting a message that my account has not been used for over a year and will be deleted. This is incorrect as the login info shows. I need the account and it should NOT be deleted. If it were I would be very unhappy.

Is it possible that you might have started an account prior to this account with a different email address? I know I pull all my accounts into one client and sometimes confuse what came from where...

If not, I would open a ticket with them to get their attention ASAP:

Look at the email address that the "expiring" email was sent to. It probably doesn't match your Toodledo login because you have a second unused Toodledo account.
