PC Not Sync'd

I have toodledo on my Ipod and Ipad and they sync fine with each other. But often my PC (web) version is not sync'd and up to date...anyone suggest why this is?

If your iPod and iPad are in sync then the website must also be in sync because they both go through the website. Maybe you have a filter that is hiding them.
