I understand that Collaborators within Toodledo are other users with a Toodledo account. As it would be very helpful for me to "Assign" different tasks to colleagues which are not using Toodledo, would it be possible to just create some Names as collaborators?
So in the field for "add a collaborator" I just want to write a name, not a toodledo ID. And then I can reassign a task to one of those names. This way I could assign tasks to me colleagues just for my own bookkeeping, no need to synchronize or share lists. Thanks for your consideration, karl. |

Sounds like a good idea.
My workaround for any 'waiting for' tasks is to prepend the person's initials on the task name. For example: SL: Get approval for new proposal. These tasks are stored in my 'waiting for' folder. Simple but works well. |

You could also use tags to mark a task as assigned to someone outside of Toodledo.
