When syncing, I kept on receiving deleted task.

I just don't know what causes this error that everytime I sync in my phone, I always get some if not all of my deleted tasks which are already completed. Another error, I noticed is that some of those deleted tasks still appear on my google calendar. Does anybody know the causes/solutions for these issues? Thanks
