'Add Subtask(s)' is not working

Action 'Add Subtask(s)' is not working. I can add subtasks on my phone without any problem. My account Settings are 'Subtasks Enabled with Manual sorting. New subtasks assume attributes of parent task. Indented mode shows loose subtasks.' I have not changed any settings in Account Settings. What is wrong?
