i pad issues

I have downloads the app and installed on my ipad. I have also set up an account. However I cannot get the ipad to sync with this web site. The details are correct and I have tried the force device sync. My internet is working fine on safari. Sometimes it says cannot connect to the internet within todo although it is.
Any ideas? Please :-)
