Hotlist not emailed

Hi, i am not getting my daily hotlist emailed.
any ideas? my time field is empty, but not the due dates.
On the reminder setting page it is stated that both need to be filled, but further down it says if no time is set it will be 12.00 noon.
help please

The daily hotlist email is controlled by a checkbox in your account settings next to your email address. You need to check this.
