How do hide HTML tags while viewing Notebooks

So far I have no complaints, currently I am searching for a way to hide HTML tags in notebooks while viewing my notes. The tags are useful but I hate to see Happy while reading all I want is the word itself in bold letters I do not want to see the tags. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance
