I have a question regarding synchronization. I had a "Repeat" Task that was created in Outlook 2007. I completed the Task on my EVO 4G phone (via PocketInformant). It was sync'd to Toodledo and then Outlook. I then sync'd from Outlook to Toodledo and then to my phone for another non-related item. After synchronization, the "Completed" Task identified above disappeared on both Toodledo and my Phone.
Is there a setting I need to adjust so that these Tasks are not deleted? |

The problem almost certainly lies with the Outlook syncing or PocketInformant syncing. Since these are both 3rd party products, I dont know how they sync or what changes would fix the problem. You might try to temporarily eliminate one of them and see if you can determine which one is causing the problem. Then contact the company that makes that product to see if they have advice.
