Importance Level: X Shows up in my ToDo list

Lately for some reason all my todo tasks go into these folders i'm not sure where they are coming from. They called "Importance Level: X" x is different number if each task. how can I take these off of my list. I set up my todo list to show me all my tasks in a table with 3 fields but now these folders are breaking my task table, can you help me?

Sounds like you've unintentionally sorted your list(s) by Importance. This would cause the list dividers to show different Importance levels based on due date, priority, etc.
To change this, click on the sort link on the main toolbar so it is displayed (it might be already) and then change the first sort criteria to something else, e.g. alphabetical.
