Is there a feature (or perhaps a feature within the premium membership) that allows me to rank tasks within a given day?
I love using toodledo across my android, iPad and laptop (mostly on the laptop) and would love to order my tasks. Priority level doesn't get me to where I want to be. I find myself now -- writing on a sheet of paper. #1 Task D #2 Task A and so on I'd like to be able to manually do this within toodledo Help. |

You can use a star to mark tasks that you want to do today and then use priority to order them. If you need to schedule individual tasks through out the day, you could try using due-time and then sorting by that. You can also manually sort subtasks via drag and drop if you are a Pro subscriber.

@Toodledo that's exactly how I use the star. Great suggestion.
so my current list looks like this Starred tasks at the top sorted first by status.. so "next action" items how up at the very top those top items are then sorted by priority. You can tweak that as needed. This message was edited Mar 08, 2011. |
