I found this on the toodledo web site
"Outlook task notes over 2048 bytes long will be truncated went transmitted to Toodledo. "

I believe that the Outlook sync tool is limited to 2048 characters. It is a 3rd party tool, so we cannot control this limit. Toodledo does not have this limit. Please contact the developer of the Outlook sync tool here: http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/Default.aspx
